Consulting and Project Management When installing a new accounting system, minimising disruptions to your business is essential. Our Project Manager achieves this by creating project schedules and allocating experienced and qualified consultants to work closely with the end users to ensure the implementation is as smooth as possible.

Training Training of users is the cornerstone of any successful implementation. ACCSoft is committed to a classroom training methodology. ACCSoft training includes 2 fully equipped training rooms, a team of qualified trainers, and regular fully structured courses for all software ACCSoft installs. We find the most cost effective installations are achieved through a combination of classroom training and on-site implementation consulting..

 

 

DevelopmentAccsoft also has a development team which specialises in creating add-on modules for the main software packages we implement. Over the years this team has responded to clients' needs, and have created feature added and time saving modules to enhance their accounting capabilities. Two of these were so effective that they have been purchased for world wide distribution by the Timberline Corporation.

Support ACCSoft realises that efficient and effective accounting systems come from great support. We have a highly qualified team of support consultants who are dedicated to clients' needs. If it's telephone, modem, or on-site support that you require, our team is ready to solve your problem in the shortest possible time, so you can stay on track. We have a full time Help Desk, with 2 operators which is organised to provide telephone support and coordinate support requests in a timely manner. Also just introduced to this website is a support request form, for those problems which require a little more attention than a 10 minute phone call.
